A small, professional community works because everyone holds the same standard.
Be accurate
Describe items honestly, including faults. Use your own photos. Approve AI drafts only after checking every detail is true.
Be respectful
No harassment, discrimination or abusive language. Vacancies must not specify nationality, gender, age or marital status.
Be responsive
Reply to enquiries, and mark items as sold once they are gone. Schools should keep the applicant pipeline up to date so candidates know where they stand.
Keep it on-platform
Complete conversations in our chat where possible. It protects both sides and lets us step in if there is a dispute.
Consequences
Breaches lead to ad removal, loss of posting privileges, and in serious cases permanent suspension without credit refund.
