• Bring a friend when collecting large or expensive items.
• Inspect and test the item fully before paying.

Paying

• Pay on collection. Never send a deposit to hold an item.
• Be wary of anyone asking for a bank transfer before you have seen the item.
• We never ask for your card details, OTP codes, or KNET credentials in chat.

Communicating

• Keep conversations in our chat so we can help if something goes wrong.
• Report listings that look like scams using the report button on any ad.

Jobs

• Verified schools carry a blue badge. Only verified schools can post vacancies.
• No genuine school will ask you to pay a fee to apply or to secure an interview.
