1. About the platform

Teachers in Kuwait is an online classifieds and recruitment platform for the teaching community in Kuwait. We provide the space where users list items and vacancies; we are not a party to any resulting agreement, sale or employment relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud or repeated policy breaches.

3. Credits

• One credit is valued at KD 0.250.
• New verified members receive 10 welcome credits.
• Credits are consumed when an ad or vacancy is submitted.
• Credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
• If an ad is rejected by moderation for reasons outside your control, the credit is returned to your wallet.

4. Content and moderation

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, including AI-assisted drafts you approve. We may edit categories, reject, unpublish or remove content that breaches our policies or Kuwaiti law.

5. Payments

Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider. Purchases are final once credits are added to your wallet, except where required otherwise by law.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teachers in Kuwait is not liable for losses arising from transactions, communications or employment arrangements between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
